New York City
2022 - 2023

4200 ft2 / 390 m2

Stretching the limits of technical possibility in urban interior renovations, this visionary project proposed the conversion of an existing duplex apartment into a multi-story spa, complete with hot tub, plunge pool, and an array of wet and dry entertaining spaces. These spaces were housed within undulating, three-dimensional stone and glass compositions, anchored by masses of timeless travertine stone, and offset within complex curved-glass bubbles.
