This exhibition design was tasked with creating a series of coherent spaces in which to display smaller scale flatwork, within the context of a larger historic building with numerous columns and deep floorplates. A series of carefully proportioned rooms creates an appropriate setting for these smaller works.
The exhibition was designed around a larger narrative vision, with a specific pathway complemented by texts inscribed on the walls, while still allowing for a flexible visitor experience.
